incredibly similar to the Indian of the America North that populated the Earth. Probably
they are descending from a very advanced civilization. Their planet is currently a
Protectorate of the Federation in base to the Prime Directive. The world is protected also
by a sophisticated system of deflection of unknown origin. Mr. Spock seemed pretty sure
that it was left behind by the mysterious, unseen Preservers
